THE CHALLENGE

You can't find what you don't know exists.

Women remain severely underrepresented in Built Environment professions. While numerous organizations exist to support women entering these fields, they often operate in isolation.

There's no comprehensive map showing what exists, where the gaps are, who's being served, and how these efforts connect.

Pilot Program 2024-2025

Starting with UK & South Africa

We're launching with a pilot to test whether this idea works. Can we map organizations supporting women in Built Environment professions in a way that's useful? Can we make the invisible visible?

Our goal is to expand to Brazil, Mexico, India, and more countries by 2026, eventually becoming THE place anyone goes to understand gender equity in Built Environment globally.

Our Belief

Every woman and girl deserves to see herself building the world around her—and to find the support that makes it possible.

The Built Environment shapes how we live—our homes, cities, infrastructure, responses to climate change. When half the population is missing from these decisions, we all lose.
